Shipping & Returns
All orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post. Arrival dates are dependent on Canada Post. We ship out on Mondays and Fridays. If you are a business and have an account with a shipping company please let us know and we can use an alternate shipping method.

If product comes damaged please send us a picture of the packaging and the damaged product so we can make a claim but we will replace the product on a rush at no additional cost to you.
All sales are FINAL as this is a custom item. Sizing information is on all listing and ages for that item are recommendation only and do not apply to everyone so please measure your head. Please also verify your logo you selected matched the name above the logo. Please insure the spelling you enter the correct spelling for your product. If there is an error when we create your order it will be fixed at our expense. Overall, we are a small business and we work to keep our prices affordable compared to our competitors. We cannot take refunds due to shopper error.
