Once you love the design, you’ll receive an invoice and a preview of your final patch. Approve it, pay online, and we’ll get to work!

STEP 4

Receive Your Designed Hats

Hats get a final quality check before shipping. Expect delivery in 5–6 weeks, looking sharp for the team!

What’s the turnaround time?

Our typical turnaround time is 10 business days. We strive to finish you order as soon as possible but some seasonal changes may cause this to increase.

Yes you can order just one hat.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes we offer bulk discounts and a special team rates for sports teams. Contact us via email to receive your quote.

How do I customize my hat?

You can use our online customizer tool to help you choose which patch color, shape and design works best for you. If you have a design you want us to work with you can simply upload it as well.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Our preferred shipping agent is Purolator or UPS as they provide the most reliable serivce. If you have PO Box we can ship Canada Post but if you enter your physical address, they will contact you when it arrive at the local purolator or UPS depot if they will not deliver to your physical address.
