At Prairie Patched Hats, every order is custom-made with care to ensure you receive a high-quality product you’ll love. Please review the details below regarding our shipping process and timelines.
Order Processing Time
Because all of our products are customized and personalized, please allow 7-10 business days for production before your order ships. During peak season and large orders may take slightly longer.Â
- Standard production time: 7-10 business days.Â
- Large team or tournament orders may require additional time but we do our best to stay within the timeframe.Â
- If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We ship across Canada and the U.S. using trusted carriers such as UPS, Purolator, and Canada Post. If you have a physical address please enter it as our preferred and most reliable vendor is Purolator. Â
Estimated delivery times after your order has been produced:
- Standard Shipping: [2-5 business days]
- Expedited Shipping: [1-3 business days] (if available)
- Local Pick Up: 2 location: Spruce Grove and St.Albert
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak season demand.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and instructions to follow your package’s progress.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order leaves our studio and is scanned by the carrier, Prairie Patched Hats cannot control shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages.
If you believe your package is missing:
- Check the tracking details provided in your confirmation email.
- Contact the carrier directly for assistance.
- Reach out to us if further help is needed — we’ll do our best to support you.
- We do insure all our shipments so if the package is lost we will work with the shipping company to have your order replaced.
Rush Orders
Need your hats or patches fast for a tournament, event, or gift? We offer rush production on a case-by-case basis. Additional fees may apply.
