What materials are your hats made of?

Our hats are made from a high-quality cotton blend for comfort and durability. The patches come in a variety of materials you can choose.

Can I choose the type of patch I want on my hat?

Our leather patches are made in house and we have over 19 colors to choose from on our website. We also work with outside companies to bring in other types of patches that are applied in house, however these patches do have a minimum order of 25 and best for larger orders.

Are the patches removable or permanent?

Patches are permanent and cannot be removed on both hats and toques.

How do I know if a hat will fit me?

Please reference the details for the sizing under each of the products. We do provide recommended age ranges but these are recommendations only. To measure your head start the center part of your forehead all the way around with a soft tape. If you don't have a soft tape, use a string a hold the string up to a tape measure.

Can I order a hat with a custom logo?

Yes you can. Simply the patch and placement on the website and upload your logo before adding your item to the cart. You can also email me at prairiepatchedhats@gmail.com

Can I wash my hat?

It is recommended to spot wash your hats as different soaps and washing machines can affect the structural integrity of the hat. Most patch materials are waterproof but we do not recommend washing in high temperatures.

What’s the turnaround time?

We strive for a 7-10 business day turnaround but during peak seasons like Christmas time we can see turnaround times move to 10-15 business days.

What is a hat bar and how can I book you for one?

We offer hat bar for markets and tournaments for all sports. We bring patches and hats for all ages that are custom to the event and generic logos as well. Customers pick their hat and desired patch and we assemble on site. For tournaments and fundraisers we donate up to 10% of proceeds back to your organization or charity. If you are interested in having our hat bar please reach out to me directly at prairiepatcedhats@gmail.com as available dates are limited.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes we offer bulk discounts to both sports teams and corporate orders. On our corporate order page you will be able to see the pricing categories for each of the different hats we offer. We do have access to many styles so if you are looking to order a hat you do not see, we are happy to source and quote you as well. As for sports teams we have special flat rate pricing that can be seen on the teams page.

How do I customize my hat?

The best part about this website is when you shop our hats you have the ability to customize your hat right on the website. When you find hat style you like simply click customize and it will allow you to play around with the different patch colors and logos. You can customize with over 20 leather colors and 75 predesign logos.

Ordering & Shipping

How do I place a custom order for a patched hat?

At PPH all your hats can be made your way with no rules. Our customizer allows you to pick from over 20 leather colors, different shapes, placement and hat colors. Once you have exactly what you want you can add it directly to your cart for checkout. Have your own logo? You can upload your logo and customize it within the website as well.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

If you would like changes to your order please email prairiepatchedhats@gmail.com with your order number and the changes you would like. If we have not started your order we are more than happy to accommodate a change if your hat is not completed. Please note this can extend the turnaround time of your order if we have to order additional product.

How long does it take for my customized hat to be made?

Our typical turnaround time is 5-10 business days. Some of our youth products come from the US and takes time to import them. We do have a healthy stock of items but if we sell our we must reorder. Bulk orders are typically closer to the 10 business day turnaround time. If you need a specific date ordered please check with us ahead of time to make sure our stock levels can accommodate your time frame.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes we offer worldwide shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy for customized hats?

All custom hats are non refundable. If we make an error in the process of customizing your hat we will work with you to make a correction. We will not return a hat due to sizing as we do provide sizing information and encourage all customers to measure their heads prior to ordering.

Can I exchange my hat if it doesn’t fit?

Due to the custom nature of the hats we do not provide refunds on items that do not fit. We encourage all customers to measure their heads prior to placing the order. If you have any questions and would like some help or guidance please feel free to reach out and we can do our best to assist you.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If there is an error with your order, we will provide a shipping label if required.

Do you do fundraisers?

Yes! Our hats and toques are popular for school and team fundraisers. We offer special fundraiser pricing so your group can earn profits while selling something people actually want to wear.
