We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any customized or personalized items. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Personalized patches
  • Team and tournament merchandise
  • Special event or one-of-a-kind creations

Damaged or Defective Items

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, if your item is damaged during shipping or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at your email address.

We may request:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item

If approved, we will work with you to provide a replacement or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
